【摘要】：當(dāng)今,我們生活在一個(gè)科技發(fā)展和信息傳播極其迅速的時(shí)代,所以科學(xué)創(chuàng)新的快速交流十分重要。其中一個(gè)能夠有效交流研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的方法就是發(fā)表配有摘要的科技論文�？萍颊撐恼�,作為體裁獨(dú)立的語篇,直接關(guān)系到科研成果在世界范圍的傳播和交流。國(guó)際上一些重要的信息檢索機(jī)構(gòu)都通過閱讀非英語版論文的英語摘要來評(píng)定是否收錄該科技論文。所以,寫好論文的英文摘要是我國(guó)學(xué)者攀登學(xué)術(shù)高峰的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。 論文的撰寫者怎樣使自己的研究成果在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)界得到傳播與交流?外語教師如何從語言的角度幫助這些學(xué)者呢?筆者從韓禮德功能語法的角度,通過對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)者和本語學(xué)者英語科技論文摘要的語篇特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,探討出我國(guó)學(xué)者發(fā)表英文學(xué)術(shù)論文需要改進(jìn)的地方。本文對(duì)隨機(jī)選取的由中國(guó)學(xué)者撰寫的30篇SCI收錄的中文期刊論文摘要和由本語學(xué)者撰寫的30篇SCI收錄的英文期刊論文摘要進(jìn)行了主位推進(jìn)模式和篇章銜接手段的對(duì)比研究。研究結(jié)果表明,在主位推進(jìn)模式的選用上,中國(guó)學(xué)者偏向于使用主位同一的推進(jìn)模式,本語學(xué)者則多使用線性推進(jìn)模式,而交叉模式在兩組摘要中均較為少見。在篇章銜接手段的使用上中國(guó)學(xué)者和本語學(xué)者存在較大的相似性。在語法銜接手段中,照應(yīng)和連接在兩組摘要中均最為常見;在詞匯銜接手段中,重復(fù)手段使用的次數(shù)在中外兩組學(xué)者的摘要中均為最多。其他語篇銜接手段則較為少見。 本文的新穎之處在于以實(shí)證性的對(duì)比研究,在大量的語料中逐句對(duì)比,找出中國(guó)學(xué)者和英語本語學(xué)者所撰寫的科技論文摘要的差異和共性,并應(yīng)用韓禮德等語言學(xué)家的理論加以解釋。盡管該研究存在一定的局限性,但從理論上來說,它豐富了從主位推進(jìn)和篇章銜接角度進(jìn)行的語篇分析研究;從實(shí)踐上來說,它能夠?yàn)橹袊?guó)學(xué)者更好的撰寫科技論文摘要給予一定的啟示。
