【摘要】：背景:醫(yī)用生物材料是用于對生物體進行診斷、治療、修復(fù)或替換其病損組織、器官或增進其功能的新型材料,己成為研究人工器官和醫(yī)療器械的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科。目的:對普通外科3大類生物材料,即腹壁修復(fù)材料、縫合材料以及止血材料進行文獻計量學(xué)分析,評估該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)文獻的總體趨勢,為在該領(lǐng)域進行深入研究提供參考。設(shè)計:不同檢索式的文獻計量學(xué)分析。資料提取:以"surgery(普通外科),patch(補片),suture material(縫合材料),hemostasis material OR hemostatic material OR hemostasia material(止血材料)"為關(guān)鍵詞,檢索湯森路透WebofScience數(shù)據(jù)庫2006-01/2010-12的相關(guān)文獻,將分析結(jié)果及資料導(dǎo)出,以文字和圖表的形式描述。學(xué)科類別中選擇普通外科,將結(jié)果導(dǎo)出并分析。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):納入研究原著、綜述、技術(shù)進展、會議錄、編者的信和社論;排除會議摘要、書本章節(jié)、新聞、需手工檢索和電話檢索的文獻。主要數(shù)據(jù)的判定指標(biāo):以相關(guān)文獻的國家地區(qū)分布,基金資助情況,文獻類型分析,高被引文章分析,發(fā)表年份分布,發(fā)文量較多的機構(gòu)分析為結(jié)果分析判定指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:WebofScience數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的關(guān)于普通外科生物材料的文獻中,以補片材料為主,文獻量1302篇。在補片材料、縫合材料和止血材料的研究中以美國的發(fā)文量最多,分別為395篇、199篇和144篇。而中國在這3個領(lǐng)域的研究在國際上有重要地位。結(jié)論:近幾年來生物材料的研究趨于成熟,發(fā)文量穩(wěn)定并且呈逐漸上升趨勢,補片材料是目前生物材料領(lǐng)域研究的熱點。
[Abstract]:Background: medical biomaterials are new materials used to diagnose, treat, repair or replace damaged tissues, organs or enhance their functions in organisms. It has become a basic subject in the study of artificial organs and medical devices. Aim: to conduct bibliometrics analysis of three kinds of biomaterials in general surgery, I. E., abdominal wall repair materials, suture materials and hemostatic materials, to evaluate the general trend of academic literature in this field, and to provide reference for further research in this field. Design: bibliometric analysis of different retrieval methods. Data extraction: using "surgery (), suture material (suture material of general surgical), patch (patch)" as a keyword, we searched the relevant articles of Thomson Reuters WebofScience database (2006 / 01 / 2010 / 12). The analysis results and data are derived and described in the form of text and charts. General surgery is selected in the subject category to derive and analyze the results. Inclusion criteria: include research originals, reviews, technical advances, proceedings of meetings, editors' letters and editorials; exclude conference abstracts, book chapters, news, documents that require manual and telephone searches. The main indexes are as follows: country and region distribution of relevant documents, fund support, document type analysis, analysis of highly cited articles, distribution of published years, and agency analysis with a large amount of published papers as the result analysis index. Results: among the literatures on general surgical biomaterials collected in WebofScience database, patch materials were the main ones, with a total of 1302 literatures. In the study of patch materials, suture materials and hemostatic materials, the number of papers published in the United States was the largest, 395, 199 and 144, respectively. And China's research in these three areas has an important position in the international arena. Conclusion: in recent years, the research of biomaterials tends to mature, and the amount of articles is stable and gradually rising. Patch materials are the hot spot in the field of biomaterials at present.
