【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)Elsevier正在出版的開(kāi)放獲取期刊的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、可獲取情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中完全開(kāi)放獲取期刊比例僅占6.8%,學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量不高,可訪問(wèn)年限普遍較短。根據(jù)抽樣調(diào)查,混合型開(kāi)放獲取期刊所占比例較大,但其中可開(kāi)放獲取的文章數(shù)量?jī)H占4%。認(rèn)為商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中開(kāi)放獲取文章的數(shù)量仍然偏少,圖書(shū)館不能以開(kāi)放獲取期刊的數(shù)量或比例決定是否訂購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),雖然開(kāi)放獲取出版的趨勢(shì)明顯,但實(shí)踐過(guò)程中仍存在困難。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the quantity, quality and availability of open access periodicals published by Elsevier, the results show that the proportion of fully open access periodicals in commercial database is only 6.8%, the academic quality is not high, and the visiting period is generally short. According to the sample survey, the proportion of mixed open access periodicals is large, but the number of open access articles is only 4. It is considered that the number of open access articles in commercial databases is still on the low side, and libraries cannot decide whether to subscribe to databases by the number or proportion of open access periodicals. Although the trend of open access and publication is obvious, there are still some difficulties in the process of practice.
