【摘要】：通過對35個省會城市及計劃單列市的416項科技政策的網(wǎng)上搜索調查,從政策的數(shù)量、系統(tǒng)性、創(chuàng)新性、力度、可操作性、發(fā)展趨勢、政策宣傳等方面進行比較分析,并對各地的科技政策環(huán)境進行了較全面的深入研究與探討,可為科技政策的制定者提供有效的理論和實踐支持。
[Abstract]:Through an online search survey of 416 scientific and technological policies in 35 provincial capitals and cities with separate plans, this paper makes a comparative analysis in terms of the number, systematization, innovation, strength, operability, development trend, and policy promotion of the policies. The scientific and technological policy environment in various places has been thoroughly studied and discussed, which can provide effective theoretical and practical support for the scientific and technological policy makers.
