【摘要】： 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展和普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源不僅數(shù)量巨大,而且增長迅速�？梢哉f,在因特網(wǎng)上,每分鐘都在產(chǎn)生大量的信息。在服務(wù)三農(nóng)的過程中,科研類農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站提供了大量的農(nóng)業(yè)科技和信息技術(shù),對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了著重要的作用,也受到越來越多用戶的歡迎。 然而當(dāng)前廣泛存在著對農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站信息資源的無序組織與管理,特別是網(wǎng)站中的科技信息,使大量有用信息埋藏較深而不易于被用戶找到,信息失去價(jià)值；信息更新沒有規(guī)律,或規(guī)律不適應(yīng)用戶需求；不能全面有效了解到網(wǎng)站信息內(nèi)容的分布情況,對信息內(nèi)容的采集沒有系統(tǒng)性,造成有的類型信息過多而有的類型信息過少等情況；把農(nóng)業(yè)資源和其他性質(zhì)的信息資源同等對待,也很少從用戶的角度出發(fā)來組織信息,沒有在信息利用上凸顯出農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的信息特點(diǎn)。作為科研類的農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的“華中農(nóng)業(yè)信息網(wǎng)”也存在著同樣的問題。 要有序管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息,就必須對信息資源進(jìn)行分類組織。網(wǎng)站科技信息智能采編系統(tǒng)的建立,使信息從源頭上形成良好的信息組織,才能做到信息高效管理,從而輕松地掌握網(wǎng)站信息資源的情況,在信息結(jié)構(gòu)和信息質(zhì)量上把好關(guān)。智能采編系統(tǒng)對信息的組織起著明顯效果,以此促進(jìn)網(wǎng)站信息資源的良性發(fā)展。而當(dāng)前在網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源組織與管理的研究中,大多對網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息所處的環(huán)境特點(diǎn)較少考慮,或是沒有把信息資源自身的特點(diǎn)與網(wǎng)站性質(zhì)和用戶需求結(jié)合起來,而是以一種概述的形式進(jìn)行研究,當(dāng)前也沒有開發(fā)相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站科技信息的組織與管理的研究。 本文是在魏清鳳的“農(nóng)業(yè)信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究”基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的具體和細(xì)化研究,具有一定的繼承性。將沿用“農(nóng)業(yè)信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究”中對傳統(tǒng)信息分類法《中國圖書館分類法》(以下簡稱《中圖法》)進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化改造的信息分類方法,并結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站科技信息特點(diǎn)對原有的分類理論上進(jìn)行拓展,形成適應(yīng)科技信息特征的農(nóng)業(yè)信息二維分類體系、建立的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息核心元數(shù)據(jù)集,制定農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息編碼體系,在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)科技信息分類采編系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的自動(dòng)編碼。 具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 1、二維分類體系的建立。對科技信息類別及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合各種科技信息特點(diǎn)對信息組織的要求(農(nóng)時(shí)需求,實(shí)用性聚類式需求和信息生命周期),在《中圖法》網(wǎng)絡(luò)化改進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)上建立二維信息分類,并制定農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息核心元數(shù)據(jù)集,是信息采編數(shù)據(jù)庫規(guī)范的基礎(chǔ)。 2、制定農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息編碼體系�？紤]數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化《中圖法》中農(nóng)業(yè)信息的分類形式,對農(nóng)業(yè)信息編碼的原則進(jìn)行研究,并在滿足其原則的基礎(chǔ)上提出了適應(yīng)科研類農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的信息分類編碼體系。 3、科技信息分類采編系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。設(shè)計(jì)信息錄入和查詢系統(tǒng),使信息分類組織與管理理論在實(shí)踐上得到檢驗(yàn)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,信息錄入遵循一定的規(guī)范,并采用一條信息對應(yīng)一至兩條信息編碼,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的多維性可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多角度的檢索,提升信息的開發(fā)價(jià)值。 4、自動(dòng)編碼技術(shù)。信息分類能自動(dòng)獲得編碼,使自動(dòng)生成信息的各編碼遵循一定的編碼體系,一個(gè)編碼對應(yīng)一條信息,并作為建立在《中圖法》基礎(chǔ)上的編碼體系使網(wǎng)站信息具有共享性。 科技信息是農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的重要組成部分,在普及現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)程中起著舉足輕重的作用,對農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站科技信息智能采編系統(tǒng)的研究,具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值和意義。

The orderly management of the network information, we must classify the information resources. The establishment of website information technology intelligent editing system, the information form the good organization of information from the source, to achieve efficient management of information, so as to easily grasp the website information resources, the information structure and the quality of information on the organization of information in good relations. The intelligent acquisition system has obvious effect, in order to promote the healthy development of Web information resources. And the current research on cyber source organization and management in the environment of network information are less the consideration or not the characteristics and nature of the information resources of their own website and user needs together, but in a a review of the form of the current research, there is no development of the corresponding system to realize the study of organization and management of agricultural science and technology information website.
