【摘要】：參與式預(yù)算的研究在近幾年得到理論界的重視,研究成果頗為豐富。本文將科學(xué)知識圖譜引入?yún)⑴c式預(yù)算研究領(lǐng)域,借助Excel、Bibexcel、Sati3.2、Netdraw、SPSS、CitespaceⅢ,通過科學(xué)合作分析、關(guān)鍵詞分析及引文分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)自2000年以來,參與式預(yù)算的研究視角多元,各國均有學(xué)者參與研究;參與式預(yù)算的熱點(diǎn)研究對象依然是巴西,但是研究的內(nèi)容卻逐步從個(gè)案的經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)γ裰�、自治和對市民參與等問題的關(guān)注;參與式預(yù)算研究取得效果卓著,但仍有許多邊緣性的問題亟待解決。筆者在此基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合中國參與式預(yù)算,進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The research of participatory budgeting has been paid more attention in recent years, and the research results are quite rich. In this paper, the scientific knowledge map is introduced into the field of participatory budgeting research, with the help of Excel Bibexcel. Through scientific cooperation analysis, keyword analysis and citation analysis, it has been discovered since 2000. The perspective of participatory budgeting is diverse, and scholars from all over the world participate in the research. The hot research object of participatory budgeting is still Brazil, but the content of the research has gradually changed from the case study to the focus on democracy, autonomy and citizen participation. The research on participatory budgeting has achieved remarkable results, but there are still many marginal problems to be solved. On this basis, the author makes a prospect on the basis of this and combined with China's participatory budgeting.

【正文快照】： 一、引言參與式預(yù)算(Participatory Budget),于20世紀(jì)80年代興起于巴西的阿雷格里港。通過參與式預(yù)算,拉美地區(qū)擴(kuò)大了公民權(quán),縮小了資源分配的不公,推動了政府行政管理體制的改革,取得了較好的社會效應(yīng)。參與式預(yù)算正是以民眾可以決定部分或全部可支配公共資源最終用處的機(jī)制
