(一)形式

教案是教學設計的文字體現(xiàn)，有相對的格式與要求。教案的格式主要包括文字敘述式、表格式兩種。

1.文字敘述式

這是一種基本上全部以文字形式呈現(xiàn)出來的教案形式，，在日常教學的應用最為廣泛。

2.表格式

這是一種經常出現(xiàn)的教案形式，一般有學校發(fā)給教師。

(二)主要內容

上課的重要依據，通常包括：班級、學科、課題、上課時間、課的類型、教學方法、教學目的、教學內容、課的進程和時間分配等。有的還列有教具和現(xiàn) 代化教學手段(如電影、投影、錄像、錄音等)的使用、作業(yè)題、板書設計和課后自我反思與評價等項目。由于學科和教材的性質﹑教學目的和課的類型不同，教學 設計不必具有固定的形式。

1.基本內容

(1)課題(說明本課名稱)。

(2)教學目標(或稱教學要求，說明本課所要完成的教學任務)。

3)課型(說明屬新授課，還是復習課)。

(4)課時(說明屬第幾課時)。

(5)教學重點(說明本課所必須解決的關鍵性問題)。

(6)教學難點(說明本課學習時易產生困難和障礙的知識點)。

(7)教具(或稱教具準備，說明輔助教學手段使用的工具)

(8)教學過程(或稱課堂結構，說明教學進行的內容、方法步驟)。

(9)作業(yè)處理(說明如何布置書面或口頭作業(yè))。

(10)板書設計(說明上課時準備寫在黑板上的內容)。

2.教學過程的步驟

書寫過程中，教學過程是關鍵，它包括以下幾個步驟。

(1)導入新課

①設計新穎活潑，精當概括。

②怎樣進行，復習哪些內容?

③提問哪些學生，需用多少時間等。

(2)講授新課

①針對不同教學內容，選擇不同的教學方法。

②怎樣提出問題，如何逐步啟發(fā)、誘導?

③教師該怎么教、學生該怎么學?詳細步驟安排，需用時間。

(3)鞏固練習

練習設計精巧，有層次、有坡度、有密度。

(4)歸納小結

怎樣進行，是教師還是學生歸納?

(5)作業(yè)安排

①布置哪些內容?要考慮知識拓展性、能力性。

②需不需要提示或解釋。

(三)主要作用：

1.教學活動的依據

教學過程是由教師的教和學生的學所組成的雙邊活動過程。如果不認真做教學設計,教學過程中必然目標模糊,心中無數,要求不當,隨心所欲，而最終無法取得好的教學效果。

2.有利于教學水平的提高

在這個過程中,教師不僅要研究教材的知識體系、學生學習教材的狀況(接受水平、心理特點和思維規(guī)律),而且要按照課程標準的精神,分析教材的編 寫意圖和教材特點,分析教材的知識結構、體系和深廣度,特別是要以整體為背景,分析各部分教材的特點,明確教材的要求,教材的重點難點,分析知識的價值功 能,醞釀設計教學過程,確定教學方法。教學水平的提高,在很大程度上取決于對教材的鉆研。
