【摘要】： 近年來,人們對研究學術(shù)論文興趣越來越濃。學術(shù)論文中幾乎所有的章節(jié)都得到了廣泛的關(guān)注,其中摘要和引言部分尤為受關(guān)注。多數(shù)對學術(shù)論文摘要和引言的研究都將摘要和引言看作是兩種獨立的體裁,在同一研究中只將二者之一作為研究對象,研究已表明學術(shù)論文摘要以及引言的結(jié)構(gòu)在不同的學科和語言中存在差異。但是,到目前為止對于學術(shù)論文摘要和引言的這兩種體裁的關(guān)系,以及其在同一學科的不同方向中是否存在差異都沒有得到很好的驗證。 本研究旨在探討在同一學科的不同方向中學術(shù)論文摘要和引言的體裁關(guān)系。也就是說,本研究不僅研究在同一學科的不同方向中學術(shù)論文摘要的以及引言的結(jié)構(gòu)差異,同時也研究在同一學科的不同方向中摘要和引言這兩種體裁的關(guān)系的差異。 為此,作者從二語習得和二語寫作領(lǐng)域的兩本核心期刊,Second Language Acquisition (SSLA) and Journal of Second Language Writing (JSLW),上選取了60篇學術(shù)論文摘要和引言(二語習得和二語寫作是應(yīng)用語言學學科中的兩個方向)。先后對二語習得和二語寫作學術(shù)論文摘要的結(jié)構(gòu)以及引言的結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,然后比較二語習得和二語寫作中摘要和引言結(jié)構(gòu)的異同。其中對摘要結(jié)構(gòu)的分析采用傳統(tǒng)的四語步模型并結(jié)合使用通常出現(xiàn)在引言中的語步,而對引言的分析則采用基于Swales’s (1990) CARS模型進行預(yù)分析所得到的模型。 研究結(jié)果顯示,在二語習得和二語寫作中學術(shù)論文摘要和引言的體裁關(guān)系存在差異。與二語習得中的學術(shù)論文摘要和引言相比,二語寫作中摘要和引言在結(jié)構(gòu)和交際目的方面都具有更多的相似之處。具體表現(xiàn)為,“聲明重要性”以及“指出空白”這兩個語步在二語寫作學術(shù)論文摘要和引言中具有同樣重要的位置,即,語步在二語寫作的摘要和引言中的重要與否是一致的。而在二語習得中,像“聲明重要性”以及“文獻綜述”是其學術(shù)論文引言中的重要語步,但卻很少出現(xiàn)在其摘要中。這說明在二語習得中摘要和引言的結(jié)構(gòu)存在較大的差異。 本研究表明,體裁的結(jié)構(gòu)以及關(guān)系不僅存在學科之間的差異,而且在同一學科的不同方向也存在差異。這對體裁理論和專門用途英語教學都有重要的意義。在今后的研究和學術(shù)學習寫作中,不僅要關(guān)注單一體裁的結(jié)構(gòu),還要關(guān)注相關(guān)體裁的體裁關(guān)系;不僅要關(guān)注學科間的差異還要關(guān)注同一學科不同方向之間的差異。
