【摘要】：介紹影響因子分?jǐn)?shù)平均值的概念,并用2004年SCI收錄的我國(guó)大學(xué)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的科技論文數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析討論。認(rèn)為影響因子分?jǐn)?shù)平均值比較適于評(píng)價(jià)不同學(xué)科間的研究工作,是一個(gè)新的評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)術(shù)論文質(zhì)量的較好的量化指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept of average score of influencing factors, and analyzes and discusses the data of scientific papers of Chinese universities, scientific research institutions and medical institutions collected by sci in 2004. It is considered that the average score of influencing factors is suitable for evaluating the research work among different disciplines and is a new quantitative index for evaluating the quality of academic papers.
