【摘要】：科技期刊常遇作者在投稿成功并經(jīng)審錄用后仍以各種理由撤稿的尷尬問(wèn)題,尤其是"非科技核心期刊",這種行為在許多國(guó)家被認(rèn)為是不道德的,因其既影響了期刊的正常出版,同時(shí)造成編輯部的人力、財(cái)力和物力等資源的浪費(fèi)。究其原因主要是作者的一稿多投,期刊的審稿與刊發(fā)周期過(guò)長(zhǎng)、編輯服務(wù)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、期刊學(xué)術(shù)影響力低而造成論文的時(shí)效性差,不能滿(mǎn)足作者對(duì)職稱(chēng)評(píng)定、研究課題結(jié)題、研究生畢業(yè)論文發(fā)表時(shí)間的要求。最大限度地遏制作者撤稿的關(guān)鍵在于從根本上提升期刊的學(xué)術(shù)影響力,提高編輯的服務(wù)意識(shí),改善編輯的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,縮短刊發(fā)周期。只有優(yōu)質(zhì)質(zhì)量、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)才能吸引作者,留住作者。
[Abstract]:Sci-tech journals often encounter the embarrassing problem of authors withdrawing manuscripts for various reasons, especially "non-scientific and technological core journals", which are considered immoral in many countries. Because it not only affects the normal publication of periodicals, but also results in the waste of human, financial and material resources of the editorial department. The main reason is that the author has more than one draft, and the periodical review and publication cycle is too long. The editor's service consciousness is not strong, the journal academic influence is low, which results in the poor timeliness of the thesis, which can not satisfy the author's evaluation of the title and the conclusion of the research topic. The key to restrain the author from withdrawing manuscripts to the maximum extent lies in improving the academic influence of journals, improving the service consciousness of editors and improving the service quality of editors. Shorten the publication cycle. Only quality quality, quality service can attract and retain the author.
