含二芳胺基的吡啶甲酰胺的合成、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與除草活性(英文)

通過三步反應(yīng)合成了新化合物N-[2-(苯胺基)苯基]-2-甲氧基吡啶-3-甲酰胺(C19H17N3O2),其結(jié)構(gòu)通過1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS表征,晶體結(jié)構(gòu)通過X-射線單晶衍射解析。其晶體屬單斜晶系,空間群為P 1 21/n 1,晶胞參數(shù)為:a=10.6329(18)?,b=13.026(2)?,c=12.267(2)?;Z=4,V=1669.7(5)?3,Mr=319.35,Dc=1.270 mg/m3,S=1.027,F(000)=672,μ(Mo Kα)=0.085 mm-1。分子間存在氫鍵N(3)-H(3)…O(2)對晶體結(jié)構(gòu)起到穩(wěn)定的作用。初步除草活性試驗(yàn)表明,化合物在3000g a.i/hm2劑量時(shí)對稗草的莖葉處理抑制率為91.81%。
