【摘要】：為總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),考察了20世紀(jì)60年代至70年代中期,中國科技期刊的出版狀況�？陀^分析后認(rèn)為:在此期間經(jīng)歷了三年經(jīng)濟(jì)困難時(shí)期的調(diào)整壓縮和"文革"動(dòng)亂時(shí)期的嚴(yán)重破壞兩次挫折。特別是第二次挫折中出版形勢一度走入歷史最低潮,幾乎出現(xiàn)空白現(xiàn)象。事實(shí)證明:穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和社會(huì)科學(xué)文化教育環(huán)境;科技出版技術(shù)條件及人才信息資源是科技期刊出版的根本基礎(chǔ)。發(fā)展中國科技期刊出版業(yè),應(yīng)及時(shí)抓住機(jī)遇,加快改革創(chuàng)新步伐。
[Abstract]:In order to sum up the experience and lessons, the publishing status of Chinese sci-tech periodicals from the 1960s to the mid-1970s was investigated. After objective analysis, it is concluded that during this period, the adjustment and compression of the three years of economic difficulties and the serious destruction in the period of the "Cultural Revolution" were two setbacks. Especially in the second setback, the publishing situation once entered the historical low tide, almost appeared blank phenomenon. Facts have proved that stable economic base and social science culture and education environment, technical conditions of science and technology publishing and talent information resources are the fundamental basis of the publication of scientific and technological periodicals. To develop the publishing industry of sci-tech periodicals in China, we should seize the opportunity in time and speed up the pace of reform and innovation.
