【摘要】：根據(jù)科技期刊稿件的特點(diǎn),在總結(jié)以往科技期刊排版研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出了Word排版是克服現(xiàn)有排版軟件的局限、實現(xiàn)數(shù)字出版的最佳選擇。在總結(jié)期刊排版實踐工作經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了使用Word2007對期刊排稿的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),并重點(diǎn)分析了Word排版在標(biāo)題自動化編號、公式的轉(zhuǎn)化、頁碼變更、標(biāo)題頁眉自動化變更、格式利用轉(zhuǎn)化等方面的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of manuscripts of sci-tech periodicals and on the basis of summarizing the previous research on typesetting of sci-tech periodicals, it is concluded that Word typesetting is the best choice to overcome the limitation of existing typesetting software and to realize digital publishing. On the basis of summing up the practical experience of periodical typesetting, this paper introduces the technical essentials of periodical typesetting using Word2007, and emphatically analyzes the automatic number of titles, the transformation of formulas, the change of page number and the automatic change of header of titles in Word typesetting. Format takes advantage of conversion and so on.
