【摘要】:水利科技期刊作為國(guó)內(nèi)外水利行業(yè)學(xué)者、科研技術(shù)人員了解最新水利工程技術(shù)、發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)的交流平臺(tái),對(duì)水利事業(yè)發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外水利科技期刊影響因子、出版頻率、投稿系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、編審機(jī)制、著作權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓協(xié)議等進(jìn)行分析,探索兩者差異形成的原因,并對(duì)我國(guó)水利科技期刊發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy science and technology journals at home and abroad as the water conservancy industry scholars, scientific and technical personnel to understand the latest development of water conservancy engineering technology, dynamic communication platform, which plays an important role in the development of water conservancy. The influence factors of domestic and international water conservancy, science and technology investment and release frequency, system settings, and mechanism of copyright transfer agreement analysis the difference between the two, to explore the reasons for the formation of, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of water conservancy science and technology journals in China.
