模糊數(shù)學(xué)在交通擁堵狀態(tài)評價中的應(yīng)用 摘 要 交通擁堵已成為困擾當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展的難題,目前國內(nèi)外很多城市交通擁堵狀況仍舊比較嚴(yán)重,我國的機(jī)動車擁有量及道路交通流量急劇增加,日益增長的交通需求與城市道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)之間的矛盾已成為目前城市交通的主要矛盾,由此導(dǎo)致交通擁擠和堵塞現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生。交通擁堵嚴(yán)重地影響了人們的日常出行活動,制約著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 本文通過調(diào)查和分析,建立了交通擁堵模糊評價模型。綜合行程速度、行程延誤、停車次數(shù)、停車時間以及負(fù)荷度五種評價指標(biāo),對江門市區(qū)路網(wǎng)實際調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸擬合分析,確定每種指標(biāo)的評價參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終形成科學(xué)的交通擁堵模糊評價模型,根據(jù)交通擁堵指數(shù)的概念評價城市路網(wǎng)的擁堵嚴(yán)重程度。 利用本文的模型,可以通過采集到的交通數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)對城市路網(wǎng)的定性和定量分析,得出相應(yīng)路網(wǎng)的交通擁堵系數(shù)的大小,確定每個路網(wǎng)的擁堵嚴(yán)重程度,為交通管理部門提供科學(xué)合理的依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 交通擁堵;狀態(tài)評價;模糊;評價指標(biāo);交通擁堵指數(shù) Abstract Traffic congestion has become a problem of the current situation of city development, traffic congestion in many city at home and abroad is still relatively serious, vehicle our capacity and traffic flow increases rapidly, the contradiction between the increasing traffic demand and city road infrastructure construction has become the main contradiction of the city traffic, causing traffic congestion and blocking phenomenon occurred frequently.
