模糊數(shù)學(xué)在交通擁堵?tīng)顟B(tài)評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要
交通擁堵已成為困擾當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展的難題,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外很多城市交通擁堵?tīng)顩r仍舊比較嚴(yán)重,我國(guó)的機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)擁有量及道路交通流量急劇增加,日益增長(zhǎng)的交通需求與城市道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)之間的矛盾已成為目前城市交通的主要矛盾,由此導(dǎo)致交通擁擠和堵塞現(xiàn)象頻頻發(fā)生。交通擁堵嚴(yán)重地影響了人們的日常出行活動(dòng),制約著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
本文通過(guò)調(diào)查和分析,建立了交通擁堵模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型。綜合行程速度、行程延誤、停車(chē)次數(shù)、停車(chē)時(shí)間以及負(fù)荷度五種評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)江門(mén)市區(qū)路網(wǎng)實(shí)際調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸擬合分析,確定每種指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終形成科學(xué)的交通擁堵模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)交通擁堵指數(shù)的概念評(píng)價(jià)城市路網(wǎng)的擁堵嚴(yán)重程度。
利用本文的模型,可以通過(guò)采集到的交通數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)城市路網(wǎng)的定性和定量分析,得出相應(yīng)路網(wǎng)的交通擁堵系數(shù)的大小,確定每個(gè)路網(wǎng)的擁堵嚴(yán)重程度,為交通管理部門(mén)提供科學(xué)合理的依據(jù)。
