    放射學(xué)實(shí)踐000110 【摘要】 目的：探討竇口鼻道復(fù)合體發(fā)育不良、解剖變異對(duì)慢性副鼻竇炎的影 響程度。方法：收集經(jīng)CT冠狀面掃描發(fā)現(xiàn)的慢性副鼻竇炎70例。重點(diǎn)觀察鉤 突、中鼻甲、鼻中隔的發(fā)育形態(tài)、位置。測(cè)量鉤突的內(nèi)偏角及外偏角度，，測(cè)量鼻中隔偏曲的 突出度與偏曲角度，行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理并分析解剖變異與慢性鼻竇炎的關(guān)系。結(jié)果：70例慢性副鼻竇炎與竇口-鼻道復(fù)合體的發(fā)育不良、解剖變異有明顯的相關(guān)性。鉤突、中 鼻甲及鼻中隔的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)變異為主要的影響因素。結(jié)論：CT冠狀面掃描能清 楚地顯示竇口-鼻道復(fù)合體的解剖變異及慢性副鼻竇炎的部位及程度。多種解剖變異并存時(shí) 往往同時(shí)引起多竇腔炎癥，受累最重的是上頜竇其次是篩竇。

    Anomaly of ostiomeatal complex and sinusitis (analysis of 70 cases)

    【Abstact】 Objective:To study the affection of anomaly and dysgenesis of ostiomeatal complex on chronic sinusitis.Methods:Coronal CT f ilms of 70 patients with sinusitis were studied.The shape and position of uncin ate process,middle turbinate and nasal septum was emphatically observed,and the angles of deviation of uncinate process,the extents and angles of deviation of n asal septum was measured.These parameters were analyzed in order to search the r elation between anomaly and sinusitis.Results:In 70 cases,sinusi tis significantly related to the anomaly and dysgenesis of ostiomeatal complex.A mong those factors the anomaly of uncinate process,middle turbinate and nasal se ptum were more important.Conclusions:Coronal CT scan can clearly show the anomaly of ostiomeatal complex and the extent,locati on of sinusitis.Multiple anomlaies often lead to pansinusitis,of which maxi llary and ethmoid sinusitis were most frequently involved. ......
