【摘要】：正1.凡是可以使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字而且很得體的地方,均應(yīng)使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。2.公歷世紀(jì)、年代、年、月、日和時(shí)刻必須使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。3.日期可采用全數(shù)字式寫法,例如:1999-02-18。年份用4位數(shù)表示,不能簡(jiǎn)寫,例如:1999年不能寫成99年。4.日的時(shí)間表示,按GB/T 7408-94《數(shù)據(jù)元和交換格式信息交換日期和時(shí)間表示法》規(guī)定的寫法,如下午3時(shí)9分38.5秒寫作15:09:38.5。
