【摘要】：正 科技論文在正式刊用前都必須經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)十分重要的過(guò)程,即專家審稿與編輯加工過(guò)程,兩者在稿件的處理中互為補(bǔ)充,缺一不可。一、專家審稿專家審稿是保證科技期刊質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,因?yàn)檎?qǐng)專家審稿的根本目的是對(duì)論文的科學(xué)性、先進(jìn)性、實(shí)踐性等進(jìn)行把關(guān)。因此,這就要求編輯在選擇審稿人時(shí)必須根據(jù)論文的具體內(nèi)容選擇確有專長(zhǎng)的專家,并熟悉專家審稿的特點(diǎn)和可能出現(xiàn)與審稿要求不符的現(xiàn)象等,以便在加工稿件時(shí)心中有數(shù)。
[Abstract]:There are two very important processes before the formal publication of scientific and technological papers, namely, expert review and editing process, which complement each other in the processing of manuscripts. First, expert review is the key to ensure the quality of sci-tech periodicals, because the fundamental purpose of inviting experts to review manuscripts is to check the scientific, advanced and practical nature of the papers. Therefore, when selecting reviewers, editors must select experts who have expertise according to the specific contents of the paper, and be familiar with the characteristics of expert manuscripts and the phenomena that may not conform to the requirements of manuscript reviewers, so as to have a good idea in the processing of manuscripts.
