【摘要】：正為提高編輯工作效率,增強審稿的公正性,全面提升辦刊質量,《甘肅政法學院學報》已于近日開通網上投稿審稿系統(tǒng),投稿審稿實行全程網上處理。現(xiàn)將有關投稿審稿事項公告如下:一、審稿制度本刊實行稿件三審制度,投稿由責任編輯負責初審;初審通過后進入學科專家匿名評審;在充分尊重專家評審意見的基礎上,由主編會同副主編終審,考慮刊物的定位特色、學科分布、刊文總量、潛在引證率
