【摘要】：正(以姓氏漢語拼音為序)本刊一直堅(jiān)持專業(yè)學(xué)者的雙向匿名審稿制度。這不僅是本刊審稿制度的核心要素之一,也是"權(quán)力的監(jiān)督和制約"這一普遍原則在學(xué)術(shù)界的具體應(yīng)用,更是避免"利益相互輸送"的一種重要方式。2016年度,本刊約請了多位國際安全及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專家對本刊來稿進(jìn)行匿名評審,現(xiàn)將
[Abstract]:This magazine has always insisted on the double-way anonymous review of manuscripts by professional scholars. This is not only one of the core elements of the editorial review system, but also the concrete application of the general principle of "supervision and restriction of power" in the academic community, and also an important way to avoid the "transmission of interests to each other" in 2016. We have invited a number of experts in international security and related fields to review our contribution anonymously.
