【摘要】：正在我國,從五十年代出版社逐漸建立起,編輯工作一直是出版社的中心工作.而在編輯工作中,審稿又一直是編輯工作的中心.各級編輯人員的全部工作中,審稿工作都占有很大的分量.雖然審稿工作一向受到重視,但對審稿工作意義的認識,卻可以說一直是不夠全面的,而只是片面地強調(diào)了它的“把關”意義.人們不僅在口頭上把審稿稱之為“把關”,出版社的老編輯、領導對青年編輯也只是強調(diào)審稿就是“把關”、審稿就要“把好關”等等.以致于后來在一些文章中,也是這樣說.日漸月染,審稿就似乎即“把關”,“把關”就似乎即審稿,二者仿佛變成為同義詞了.將審稿等同于“把關”,實際是以偏概全了,是沒有全面認識到審稿的意義.所謂“把關”,指的主要是“把政治關”——雖然有時其意義是超出“把政治關”,但實際就是要防止政治性錯誤.政治性錯誤自然是應該防止的,不能讓我們的出版物中出現(xiàn)政治性錯誤,因此,“政治關”是應該要“把”住的,這點自然沒有問題.因為,我們出版事業(yè)是“黨領導的社會主義事業(yè)的一個組成部分”,審稿工作就具有政治性工作的性質(zhì).把住政治關,無疑也就是審稿工作的重要內(nèi)容之一.但審稿的意義、作用決不僅僅是“把關”,因而也不能把審稿與“把關”等同起來.“把關”只是審稿意義、作用的一個方面,
[Abstract]:In China, since the establishment of publishing houses in the 1950's, editorial work has been the central work of publishing houses.In the editing work, the review of manuscripts has always been the center of editing work.In all the work of editors at all levels, the work of reviewing manuscripts occupies a great deal of weight.Although the work of reviewing manuscripts has always been attached importance to, the understanding of the significance of the work of reviewing manuscripts can be said to be not comprehensive all the time, but only to emphasize the significance of its "gateways" in a one-sided way.Not only do people verbally call the review of manuscripts as "gateways," the old editors of publishing houses and the leaders only emphasize that the examination of manuscripts is "gateways," and so on.Even later in some articles, the same is said.With each passing day, it'seems to be "gateways" and "gateways" as if to review manuscripts. Both seem to be synonymous with each other.To equate the review of manuscripts with "gateways" is in fact a partial summary, and the significance of reviewing manuscripts is not fully recognized.The so-called "gatekeeper" means mainly to "lock politics"-although sometimes its meaning is to "close politics", but in practice it is to prevent political mistakes.Political mistakes should naturally be prevented and political errors must not be allowed to appear in our publications. Therefore, it is only natural that "political mistakes" should be "taken care of".Because our publishing industry is "an integral part of the socialist cause led by the Party," the work of reviewing manuscripts has the nature of political work.Keeping a close to politics is undoubtedly one of the important contents of the work of reviewing manuscripts.However, the significance of reviewing manuscripts is not merely "gateways", and therefore it cannot be equated with "gateways"."gateways" are only one aspect of the significance and function of reviewing manuscripts.
