【摘要】：為了提高高校學報的學術(shù)質(zhì)量,保證學術(shù)期刊刊登論文的科學性和創(chuàng)新性,促進科技成果的交流與轉(zhuǎn)化,論文發(fā)表前的專家審稿是高校學報編輯出版工作中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),是決定論文水平、稿件取舍、刊物質(zhì)量的重要依據(jù)。充分利用計算機和INTERNET網(wǎng)絡(luò)從網(wǎng)上尋找全國高校及各研究機構(gòu)相關(guān)專業(yè)的審稿專家信息,自行建立適合于自己期刊的審稿專家數(shù)據(jù)庫,在使用中通過不斷修改與完善,最終實現(xiàn)與各編輯部門的資源共享,有助于編輯準確、快捷、方便地在較短的時間內(nèi)找到合適的審稿專家,確保期刊的學術(shù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the academic quality of university journals, ensure the scientific and innovative publication of papers in academic journals, and promote the exchange and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the expert review of manuscripts before publishing is an important link in the editing and publishing of university journals. It is an important basis for determining the level of papers, the selection of manuscripts and the quality of publications. We should make full use of computers and INTERNET networks to search for the information of experts who review manuscripts from relevant majors in colleges and universities and research institutions throughout the country. To set up a database of reviewers suitable for their own journals, and to share resources with all editorial departments through continuous revision and improvement in use, which will help editors to be accurate and fast. It is convenient to find suitable reviewers in a short time to ensure the academic quality of journals.
