【摘要】：提出了微波學(xué)報(bào)的審稿系統(tǒng),初審寬把關(guān)、兩次專(zhuān)家外審為主、審編復(fù)審、主編終審定稿。還提出了審稿面的概念,根據(jù)論文選擇對(duì)口徑的審者十分重要,審稿還要幫,當(dāng)審者和作者間出現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)爭(zhēng)論時(shí),編輯部及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)告雙方論證,修正錯(cuò)誤,提高論文質(zhì)量,收到好的效果。
[Abstract]:The manuscript review system for the Journal of microwave is put forward, which is the first trial wide check, the two expert external trial, the review review and the editor's final review. The concept of peer review is also put forward. According to the paper selection, it is very important for the caliber examiners. Peer review is also needed. When the academic disputes arise between the examiners and the authors, the editorial department can timely inform the two sides to correct the mistakes, improve the quality of the papers, and get good results.
