孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查一般風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素分析

【摘要】探討計(jì)劃妊娠的夫婦孕前風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，降低導(dǎo)致出生缺陷等不良妊娠結(jié)局的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。方法收集深圳市羅湖區(qū)

Abstract：

Objective Through the analysis of the result among planned pregnancy couples with pre -pregnancy eugenics inspection, reduce the risk factors associated with birth defects or other adverse pregnancy outcomes in planned pregnancy couples . Methods Collect and analyze the results of 9 429 people of planned pregnancy couples with free pre -pregnancy eugenics inspection during 2013, to find out the risk factors before pregnancy .Results According to the analysis of the inspection results , the top five risk of the factors before pregnancy of female are: abnormality of genital system ( 60.51 %) , thyroid dysfunction ( 23.56 %) , environment risk factor(19.83 %), low body weight(18.53 %), abnormal pregnancy (13.58 %).The top five risk of the factors male are:hypergravitation and obesity(41.94%), abnormality of genital system(30.39%), smoking(28.76%), environment risk factor(20.66 %), psychological hazard(19.14 %).Conclusion Strengthen pre -pregnancy eugenics inspection of child -bearing age couples , standardize pre -pregnancy guidance and effective primary prevention have important significance for reducing the
