0 引言

“安字牌”鉚釘主要有兩大類型：開口型和封閉型，其外觀如圖1所示，從圖中可看出，這兩類鉚釘均由釘芯和釘體組成。通常情況下，成型鉚釘?shù)男吞?hào)和規(guī)格也即釘體的型號(hào)和規(guī)格。
鉚釘在生產(chǎn)過程中，是將釘芯和釘體按相關(guān)工藝要求，分別制造好，然后再一一裝配成型。一只釘芯可以配相同直徑的不同釘體，一只釘體也可以配具有不同長度的釘芯。
在企業(yè)實(shí)際制造時(shí)，，釘芯和釘體裝配是一個(gè)既重要，又復(fù)雜的過程，尤其是安字公司生產(chǎn)規(guī)格達(dá)7500多種，且客戶對產(chǎn)品隨時(shí)都會(huì)有特殊要求。安字公司每月生產(chǎn)鉚釘近1億件，按計(jì)劃由人工來進(jìn)行配釘?shù)墓ぷ髁渴窍喈?dāng)大的。
