Abstract  The youth university student will be the national future, as a troop of special and the important community, the university student party member will shoulder lofty and the arduous historical mission.Therefore, enhances university party construction especially to be important.In the entire party thorough study practice science development view today, this article links to the reality, the current university student party constructs the weak link which in the work exists; Proposed from the organization, the thought, the troop three aspects obtains the maintenance party's sophistication, carries out truly the study practice science development view the tangible, strengthens and the improvement university student party truly constructs the work.

黨的先進性問題，歷來是政黨建設(shè)的一個極其重要的問題，是我們黨的生命所系，力量所在，是黨能否得到廣大人民群眾信任和擁護的根本條件�！扒嗄昱d則國家興，青年強則國家強。”我們黨歷來高度重視青年，始終把青年看作祖國的未來和民族的希望。毛澤東同志曾生動地把青年比作早晨八、九點鐘的太陽，指出青年是整個社會力量中的一部分最積極最有生氣的力量。鄧小平同志也指出，，青年一代的成長，是我們的事業(yè)必定要興旺發(fā)達的希望所在。胡錦濤同志指出：“一個有遠見的民族，總是把關(guān)注的目光投向青年；一個有遠見的政黨，總是把青年看作推動歷史發(fā)展和社會前進的重要力量。我們的民族就是這樣的民族，我們的黨就是這樣的黨�！薄皶r代造就青年，青年見證時代，贏得青年，就是贏得未來”。作為青年隊伍中的先進青年學(xué)生——學(xué)生黨員則賦有更艱巨而光榮的使命。學(xué)生黨支部作為高校中黨的最基層組織，如何充分發(fā)揮其政治核心作用，對于加強班級建設(shè)，促進工作制度化、規(guī)范性和科學(xué)化，增強班集體的向心力、凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
