To observe the clinical effect of CP on RHD in patients with chronic congestive heart failure
[Abstract]Objective: Discussion clinical efficacy of phosphocreatine (CP) for the treatment of rheumatic heart disease (RHD) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods: From 2013 March to 2014 April in our hospital treatment of rheumatic heart disease patients with chronic congestive heart failure,were randomly divided into control group of 60 cases and 60 cases in experimental group, observe two groups before and after treatment cardiac function，6 minutes walking distance and LVEF, etc. Results: The observation group after treatment, heart function improved with a total effective rate of 91.67%, significantly higher than the control group 75.00%; Observation group and control group after treatment LVEF, SV, LVDD and CO indexes than before treatment were improved (p < 0.05), but the observation group after treatment, LVEF, SV, LVDD and CO is better than the control group after treatment (P < 0.05) ; After the treatment, the observation group of 6 minutes walking distance to the (352.67±47.68) m was longer than that in the control group (294.37±42.31) m, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Creatine phosphate (CP) has better clinical efficacy in treating patients rheumatic heart disease (RHD) with chronic congestive heart failure, it is worth in clinical promotion

心力衰竭主要是指在靜脈血流正常情況下，由原發(fā)心臟損害所導(dǎo)致的心排血量減少，而不能夠滿足患者組織代謝所需要的綜合性癥狀。慢性充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)是器官性心臟病的終末階段，也是風(fēng)心病(Rheumatic heart disease,RHD)的臨床綜合征[1]。傳統(tǒng)治療方案為糾正患者心衰與抗心律，臨床療效有限。運(yùn)用磷酸肌酸治療，在心肌能量儲備方面具有較大改善，可以有效改善患者心臟缺血部位的血液循環(huán)，加強(qiáng)保護(hù)心肌[2]。為分析磷酸肌酸對RHD患者CHF的治療療效與安全性，，我院選擇了2013年3月至2014年4月間的120例風(fēng)心病慢性充血性心力衰竭患者進(jìn)行了以下研究。
