【摘要】： 功能語言學(xué)認(rèn)為語言的語義系統(tǒng)包含了三個(gè)方面：概念意義、人際意義和語篇意義。概念意義和語篇意義已經(jīng)得到了較充分的研究，而人際意義的研究相對來說較少，關(guān)于科學(xué)語篇人際意義的研究就更少。因此，本研究以系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)的人際功能理論為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合巴赫金的對話理論，根據(jù)語料庫語言學(xué)提供的方法，建立了一個(gè)由40篇英語醫(yī)學(xué)期刊科研論文組成的共22.5萬詞的語料庫，以這些真實(shí)的語料為研究對象，將語篇看作動(dòng)態(tài)的過程而非成品，，實(shí)證性地考察其中的人際意義及其體現(xiàn)。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)上被認(rèn)為科學(xué)、客觀、準(zhǔn)確，以傳遞最新科研成果和科學(xué)信息為主的科研論文，語篇中其實(shí)充滿作者與讀者之間的社會(huì)互動(dòng)，而且語言系統(tǒng)為實(shí)現(xiàn)這種互動(dòng)提供了豐富的語言資源，如英語的情態(tài)系統(tǒng)與人稱代詞等�？蒲姓撐牡倪@些特點(diǎn)是由科學(xué)寫作的社會(huì)性決定的。 本研究的意義在于：理論上，以實(shí)證的方法檢驗(yàn)了系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)作為語篇分析理論的解釋力，且嘗試將對話理論與系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)相結(jié)合來探討醫(yī)學(xué)期刊科研論文中的人際意義，拓寬了語言研究的思路；實(shí)踐中，本研究成果將對我們的專門用途英語教學(xué)，尤其是醫(yī)學(xué)英語的教學(xué)，提供新的視角，即科研論文的寫作不僅是報(bào)道科研成果、傳達(dá)科學(xué)信息，而且要重視功能語言學(xué)“選擇即意義”這一理念，在語篇中建立良性的人際關(guān)系，有讀者意識(shí)，以滿足交際雙方的面子需求并得到專家和同行的認(rèn)可和接受。因此，本研究對專門用途英語的教學(xué)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
