南方教育共同市場的高等教育區(qū)域合作

本文采用實(shí)證研究的方法,探討南美洲國家如何在共同教育市場條件下獲得和增強(qiáng)高等教育區(qū)域合作的效益。我們力求對其不同的發(fā)展過程、趨勢、特征、事實(shí)進(jìn)行深入的分析和理解,并得出一般性的結(jié)論,在此基礎(chǔ)上可以為南美共同市場未來發(fā)展的政策制定提供建議。論文的主要目的是基于普通教育特別是高等教育思想,尋求更好的合作渠道,以便為各國能力發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ);同時(shí)在國家無法推動(dòng)的情況下,理性的決策選擇可以是區(qū)域合作。在研究南美共同市場內(nèi)的區(qū)域合作后,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)積極合作為行動(dòng)者帶來了相對收益并且也適合國家的合理定位;因?yàn)樗鼮閰⑴c者提供了相對的收益,也有利于在國際化進(jìn)程中適當(dāng)?shù)囟ㄎ粐?然后進(jìn)一步的合作將為每個(gè)參與者提供更多更好的收益,即被描述為相對收益。論文使用了幾個(gè)主要的概念、定義、觀點(diǎn)和理論框架,這些概念、定義和理論框架總是從不同的意義上加以界定和說明,對于它們的選擇是根據(jù)研究者研究的需要而選擇的。此研究首先是描述性的,其次是闡釋性。我們提出了一個(gè)研究假設(shè)和若干研究問題,這意味著我們要選擇一個(gè)自變量和一個(gè)因變量,并分別列出幾個(gè)指標(biāo)。該假設(shè)是指南美共同市場中存在的區(qū)域合作(自變量)為所有國家成員帶來相對收益(因變量...
