【摘要】：Hotelling模型提出存在轉(zhuǎn)換成本時,即使產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)也會發(fā)生"價格離散"現(xiàn)象。本文從轉(zhuǎn)換成本視角,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)和農(nóng)戶間的供求均衡模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)成交價格是買方轉(zhuǎn)換成本的增函數(shù),是賣方轉(zhuǎn)換成本的減函數(shù);以1312個企業(yè)與水稻種植戶交易數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運用二元Logistic回歸分析,對模型假說進(jìn)行了實證檢驗,結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換成本對成交價格有顯著正向影響,農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)換成本較低是企業(yè)"溢價"收購的前提;成交價格主導(dǎo)方在于企業(yè),規(guī)模較大的、經(jīng)營特色品種的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換成本較高,"溢價"收購可能性較大,對農(nóng)戶的增收效應(yīng)較為明顯。這些結(jié)論支持了Hoteling模型關(guān)于"價格離散"的理論推斷,有利于政府制定有效的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化政策,實現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)扶持,真正促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收。
[Abstract]:Hotelling model puts forward that even if the product is homogeneous, the "price dispersion" will occur in the existence of conversion cost. In this paper, the equilibrium model of supply and demand between enterprises and farmers is constructed from the perspective of conversion cost. It is found that the transaction price is the increasing function of the buyer's conversion cost and the decreasing function of the seller's conversion cost. Taking the transaction data of 1 312 enterprises and rice growers as a sample and using binary Logistic regression analysis, this paper empirically tests the hypothesis of the model. The results show that the transaction price is significantly positively affected by the cost of enterprise transformation. The low conversion cost of farmers is the premise of "premium" acquisition; The leading party of the transaction price lies in the enterprise, which has the larger scale and the higher cost of the enterprise with special operating characteristics, the higher possibility of "premium" acquisition, and the more obvious effect of the increase in income to the peasant household. These conclusions support the theoretical inference of "price dispersion" in Hoteling model, which is helpful for the government to formulate effective agricultural industrialization policy, to achieve accurate support, and to promote farmers' income.
