【摘要】：研究表明,居民消費在GDP中的比重每上升1%,能耗水平下降0.35%。我國之所以存在能耗水平過高的問題,很大一部分原因是由于經(jīng)濟增長中投資占的比重過高,而消費水平相對不足。以2006年我國總?cè)丝跒?31448萬人、人民幣兌美元匯率1美元=7.97人民幣、1千克標準煤=0.7千克標準油為標準計算,即使不做任何技術改進,只是將居民消費標準提高到其他國家的平均水平,就可能使能耗水平降為約0.92噸標準煤/萬元,超額完成十一.五規(guī)劃提出的將能耗水平降為約1噸標準煤/萬元的計劃。因此,當前我們降低能耗水平應當主要在減少投資、刺激消費上作努力。
[Abstract]:The results show that the energy consumption level decreases by 0.35 with the increase of the proportion of resident consumption in GDP. The reason why the energy consumption level is too high in our country is that the proportion of investment is too high and the consumption level is relatively insufficient. In 2006, the total population of our country was 1.31448 billion, and the exchange rate of RMB to US dollar was 7.97 RMB / 1 kg standard oil, even if no technical improvement was made. Only by raising the standard of resident consumption to the average level of other countries, the level of energy consumption may be reduced to about 0.92 tons of standard coal per 10,000 yuan, exceeding 11 percent. The fifth plan is to reduce the energy consumption level to about 1 ton standard coal per 10,000 yuan. Therefore, at present, we should reduce the level of energy consumption mainly in reducing investment, stimulate consumption efforts.
