【摘要】：正以黃瓜、番茄和茄子為研究對象,綜合運用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),對我國果菜類蔬菜生產(chǎn)供給、成本收益和流通價格等情況進(jìn)行了深入分析。發(fā)現(xiàn):近年來我國果菜類蔬菜種植面積、產(chǎn)量有所增加,但仍以分散、小規(guī)模生產(chǎn)為主;生產(chǎn)從業(yè)人員老齡化日益嚴(yán)重,人工和租地費用剛性增長,生產(chǎn)總成本明顯增加,利潤率降低;市場流通半徑較大,環(huán)節(jié)過多,流通成本較高;價格總體明顯上漲,波動幅度不斷增大�；诖�,提出加強(qiáng)科技研發(fā)、開展市場綜合調(diào)控、加強(qiáng)信息預(yù)警、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)銷對接等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Taking cucumber, tomato and eggplant as the research objects, the production and supply of fruits and vegetables in China, the cost benefit and the circulation price were analyzed by using the statistical data and investigation data. The results showed that in recent years, the planting area of fruits and vegetables in China has increased, but the production is still scattered and small-scale production is the main one, the aging of the production staff is becoming more and more serious, the rigid increase of labor and land rental costs, and the total cost of production are obviously increased. The profit margin is reduced; the market circulation radius is large, the link is too many, the circulation cost is higher; the price is obviously rising, the fluctuation range is increasing. Based on this, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as strengthening scientific and technological research and development, carrying out comprehensive market regulation, strengthening information early warning, promoting production and marketing docking, and so on.
