【摘要】：正最近,北京、上海、廣東紛紛調(diào)低經(jīng)濟(jì)增速目標(biāo),主動(dòng)為轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)留出更大空間和余地;未來(lái)數(shù)年,天津、山西、內(nèi)蒙古、山東等將大幅削減鋼鐵、水泥、焦炭等產(chǎn)能,以加快大氣污染治理。這些行動(dòng),無(wú)疑會(huì)使增長(zhǎng)速度慢下來(lái)、"賬面"不好看,但卻彰顯了轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的價(jià)值取向。然而,也有一些地方依然顧慮重重、瞻前顧后。經(jīng)濟(jì)總量上不去,GDP排位不靠前,如何體現(xiàn)地方實(shí)力、發(fā)展能力?會(huì)不會(huì)影響政績(jī)、耽誤升遷?這樣的糾結(jié),導(dǎo)致一些地方在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展
[Abstract]:Recently, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong have one after another lowered their economic growth targets, taking the initiative to open up more space and room for the transformation of the economic structure. In the next few years, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and so on will substantially reduce steel and cement. Coke and other production capacity to speed up the treatment of air pollution. These actions will undoubtedly slow down the growth rate, "book" is not good-looking, but it highlights the value of transformation and development. However, there are still some places to worry about, there are too many concerns.
