【摘要】：國(guó)務(wù)院在2011年10月9日常務(wù)會(huì)議上指出:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通體系建設(shè)具有重要的公益性,通過(guò)對(duì)濮陽(yáng)市農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,提出了堅(jiān)持規(guī)劃引領(lǐng),優(yōu)化農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展布局;推進(jìn)改造升級(jí),拓展農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)服務(wù)功能;理順管理體制,積極構(gòu)建長(zhǎng)效管理機(jī)制等對(duì)策,以期達(dá)到更好地為市民服務(wù)的目的。
[Abstract]:At its executive meeting on October 9, 2011, the State Council pointed out that the construction of the circulation system of agricultural products has an important public good. By analyzing the problems existing in the development of the agricultural trade market in Puyang City, the State Council has put forward a plan to guide the construction of the agricultural products circulation system. To optimize the development and layout of farmers' market, to promote transformation and upgrade, to expand the service function of farmers' market, to rationalize the management system, and to actively build a long-term management mechanism, in order to achieve a better purpose of serving the citizens.
