【摘要】：國務(wù)院在2011年10月9日常務(wù)會議上指出:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通體系建設(shè)具有重要的公益性,通過對濮陽市農(nóng)貿(mào)市場發(fā)展中存在的問題進行分析,提出了堅持規(guī)劃引領(lǐng),優(yōu)化農(nóng)貿(mào)市場發(fā)展布局;推進改造升級,拓展農(nóng)貿(mào)市場服務(wù)功能;理順管理體制,積極構(gòu)建長效管理機制等對策,以期達到更好地為市民服務(wù)的目的。
[Abstract]:At its executive meeting on October 9, 2011, the State Council pointed out that the construction of the circulation system of agricultural products has an important public good. By analyzing the problems existing in the development of the agricultural trade market in Puyang City, the State Council has put forward a plan to guide the construction of the agricultural products circulation system. To optimize the development and layout of farmers' market, to promote transformation and upgrade, to expand the service function of farmers' market, to rationalize the management system, and to actively build a long-term management mechanism, in order to achieve a better purpose of serving the citizens.
