中國居民果蔬消費與營養(yǎng)發(fā)展的趨勢預測及戰(zhàn)略思考

【摘要】:基于28種果蔬消費量的基礎數(shù)據(jù)(2003-2013年),借助R統(tǒng)計分析軟件,采用等維灰數(shù)遞補模型預測2016-2020年的果蔬消費量,分析不同果蔬的消費發(fā)展趨勢.其次結合果蔬的消費量預測值估計我國居民未來5年膳食纖維、維生素和礦物質的攝入量,測算結果與《中國居民膳食營養(yǎng)素參考攝入量(DRIs)》中的平均需要量(EAR)作比較,結果顯示,所有營養(yǎng)素的攝入量都在逐年增加;維生素A,抗壞血酸,鐵和鎂等微量元素的攝入量已經(jīng)比較充足;維生素E和磷的攝入量逐漸達到合理范圍;核黃素、鋅、鈣的攝入量占DRI的70%~80%;纖維和硫胺素的攝入量占DRI的60%~70%;硒的攝入量不足1/2DRI.表明我國居民的膳食營養(yǎng)結構存在一定程度失衡,在滿足居民身體健康所需均衡營養(yǎng)的意義下,提出果蔬產(chǎn)業(yè)和居民營養(yǎng)均衡協(xié)同發(fā)展的調整戰(zhàn)略.
[Abstract]:Based on the basic data of 28 kinds of fruit and vegetable consumption from 2003 to 2013, the consumption of fruits and vegetables from 2016 to 2020 was predicted by using the equal dimension grey number complementary model with the help of R statistical analysis software, and the trend of consumption of different fruits and vegetables was analyzed. Secondly, the estimated dietary fiber, vitamin and mineral intake of Chinese residents in the next 5 years were estimated by combining the predicted value of consumption of fruits and vegetables. The calculated results were compared with the average requirement in the reference dietary nutrient intake (DRIs) of Chinese residents. The results show that the intake of all nutrients is increasing year by year; the intake of trace elements such as vitamin A, ascorbic acid, iron and magnesium is more adequate; the intake of vitamin E and phosphorus gradually reaches a reasonable range; riboflavin, zinc, zinc, riboflavin, zinc, etc. Calcium intake accounted for 80% of DRI; fiber and thiamine intake accounted for 60% of DRI; selenium intake was less than 1 / 2 DRI. The results indicated that there was a certain degree of imbalance in the dietary nutrition structure of Chinese residents. In the sense of satisfying the needs of the residents' health balanced nutrition, the adjustment strategy of coordinated development of fruit and vegetable industry and residents' nutrition balance was put forward.
