【摘要】：正黨的十六屆三中全會提出了全面、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)的科學發(fā)展觀,其中就包括要促進人與自然的和諧發(fā)展�？茖W地認識自然產(chǎn)品與人造產(chǎn)品的異同之處,弄清楚各自不同的含義和特征,對于開展資源環(huán)境核算工作、改進對自然資源和環(huán)境的利用效率及保護工作、貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀都具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和深遠的歷史意義。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee put forward a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable concept of scientific development, which includes promoting the harmonious development of man and nature, and scientifically understanding the similarities and differences between natural and man-made products. It is of great practical and far-reaching significance to understand their different meanings and characteristics for carrying out the accounting of resources and environment, improving the efficiency and protection of natural resources and environment, and carrying out the scientific concept of development.
