【摘要】：玉米收入保險(xiǎn)可以為農(nóng)戶提供更全面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障,對(duì)穩(wěn)定農(nóng)民種糧收益、玉米價(jià)格形成機(jī)制的市場(chǎng)化改革和國(guó)家糧食安全都具有重要意義,也是國(guó)際農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)支持政策的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),近兩年受到了中央政府的高度重視。本文利用Copula方法、河北省的玉米單產(chǎn)和價(jià)格數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)玉米收入保險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了定價(jià)研究,確定了河北省玉米單產(chǎn)和價(jià)格的最優(yōu)邊緣分布形式和聯(lián)合分布形式,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過蒙特卡羅模擬方法,計(jì)算出了不同保障水平下玉米收入保險(xiǎn)的純費(fèi)率值。最后,對(duì)河北省開展玉米收入保險(xiǎn)提出建議。
[Abstract]:Corn income insurance can provide farmers with more comprehensive risk protection, and it is of great significance to stabilize farmers' income from growing grain, to reform the market of corn price formation mechanism and to ensure national food security. It is also the development trend of international agricultural insurance and agricultural support policy, which has been highly valued by the central government in recent two years. This paper makes a pricing study on corn income insurance by using Copula method, corn yield per unit yield and price data in Hebei Province. The optimal marginal distribution and joint distribution of corn yield and price in Hebei Province are determined. On the basis of this, the net rate value of corn income insurance under different security levels is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation. Put forward suggestions to carry out corn income insurance in Hebei province.
