STUDYT ON THE LMPLEMENTATION OF THE

SOUTH-TO-NORTH WATER DIVERSION PROJECT

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

Document management system is an innovation for document

management by using computer technology. Prior to the computers,

document management was typically operated by hand, which was

inconvenient for filing and reading room. Following with the

development of the computer and internet technologies, documental

information management is attracting more and more attentions from

different departments. Therefore, electronic documental management

system is becoming more and more popular. Particularly, for those

valuable documents, utilizing informationization method can not only

enhance the processing pace but also improve reviewing procedure and

save time. However, the informationization project is a completely new,

complicated and systematic project, which has lots of difficulties. If you

want to conduct effective management towards the whole project, it is

very important to apply the project management knowledge to the

enterprise's informationization. In current stage, from the project

management point, this article discussed how to maJce a better use of the

project document management system and utilize such system to the

enterprises And this article also consolidated the actual circumstances

of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project Document Management to

carry out studies on the achievement and implementation of the project

document management mode.

The followings set forth the mainly studies of such article:

1.The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a large water

conservancy project, so the reasonable and effective management for a

huge number of project documents has become a necessity. Construction

of South-to-North Water Diversion Project can provide great practical

value for the development of China's water conservancy, in current

situation, with the processing of project construction, the implementation

of the project document management system, is a demand for

construction, which also becomes a necessary condition to improve

enterprises' operation and management.

2.Current situations and problem analysis for the implementation of

檔案管理系統(tǒng)是檔案管理利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新。在計(jì)算機(jī)還

未出現(xiàn)之前,檔案管理主要是依靠人工手動進(jìn)行的,存檔和調(diào)閱也

很不方便。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的推進(jìn)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的改革創(chuàng)新,檔案

信息管理的作用逐漸受到各單位的重視。因此,電子檔案管理出現(xiàn)

以后,在很大程度上受到了人們的青睞。尤其是一些價(jià)值相對比較

高的文件,信息化不僅可以讓其提高處理速度,還可以提高檢閱速

度,減少了搜索的時間。然而,信息化項(xiàng)目是一個涉及范圍廣、形

式新穎復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)化工程,難度較大,想要針對整個項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效

的管理,將項(xiàng)目管理知識應(yīng)用于企業(yè)信息化十分重要。在現(xiàn)行階段

下,應(yīng)該如何使工程檔案管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目能夠更好的實(shí)施,服務(wù)于企

業(yè),本文從項(xiàng)目管理的角度對工程檔案管理進(jìn)行探討,并且結(jié)合南

理得到的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)較低,影響到工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)進(jìn)度。針對工程檔

案管理與項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)行的困境,結(jié)合理論成果對工程檔案管理和

三.基于項(xiàng)目管理的工程檔案管理模式的采用與展望。文章針對

document management and the project construction management could

benefit each other, which would guarantee the successful implement of

the project Construction. After that, the article further outlooked the

implementation work of the document management system of the

Finally, according to such article, the implementation of the

document management system of the South-to-North Water Diversion
