國(guó)內(nèi)公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)研究述評(píng)

【摘要】：[目的/意義]探討當(dāng)前公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)研究的具體內(nèi)容和研究特點(diǎn),基于研究現(xiàn)狀提出我國(guó)公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)研究的建議。[方法/過(guò)程]從整個(gè)公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)體系的視角出發(fā),采用文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容分析法,從評(píng)價(jià)主客體、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評(píng)價(jià)方法與工具及實(shí)證研究等方面,分析當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)研究的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)研究?jī)?nèi)容存在多樣化又相對(duì)集中的特點(diǎn)。存在的主要問(wèn)題是指標(biāo)責(zé)任主體不甚明晰,缺乏頂層指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì),評(píng)價(jià)客體不全面,評(píng)價(jià)客體的研究成果未整合,缺乏與其他文化領(lǐng)域的比較研究,以及輕效能評(píng)價(jià)。從評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、評(píng)價(jià)視角、評(píng)價(jià)框架設(shè)計(jì)及以效能為導(dǎo)向設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)等方面提出研究建議。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] this paper probes into the concrete contents and characteristics of the current research on the evaluation of public digital culture service, and puts forward some suggestions for the evaluation and research of public digital culture service in China based on the present situation of the research. [methods / process] from the perspective of the whole public digital culture service system, using the method of literature content analysis, from the aspects of evaluation subject and object, evaluation index system, evaluation methods and tools and empirical research, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of domestic public digital culture service evaluation research. [results / conclusion] at present, the research contents of domestic public digital culture service evaluation are diversified and relatively concentrated. The main problems are that the subject of index responsibility is not very clear, lack of top-level index system design, incomplete evaluation object, unintegrated research results of evaluation object, lack of comparative study with other cultural fields, and light efficiency evaluation. Some research suggestions are put forward from the aspects of evaluation mechanism, evaluation perspective, evaluation framework design and effectiveness-oriented design evaluation index.
