【摘要】：文章把檔案的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值納入研究視野,將檔案價(jià)值和檔案權(quán)利理論作為分析工具,從資產(chǎn)的視角切入,以資產(chǎn)觀的正當(dāng)性作為參照,從法學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)角度說明正當(dāng)性的內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而證明檔案資產(chǎn)論研究的正當(dāng)性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the economic value of the file is included in the field of research, and the file value and the file right theory are used as an analysis tool, from the perspective of the assets, the legitimacy of the asset view is taken as a reference, and the connotation of the legitimacy is explained from the angle of law and economics. Furthermore, the validity of the research on the research of the file assets is proved.
