【摘要】：特色檔案是指為特定區(qū)域內(nèi)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中直接產(chǎn)生的,對(duì)記錄和反映本區(qū)域的存在和發(fā)展最具有代表性意義的有重要價(jià)值的各種載體形式的檔案。特色檔案資源是指為特定區(qū)域內(nèi)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中直接產(chǎn)生的具有一定量的積累和客觀存在形態(tài)的,以特色檔案為核心形成的各類活動(dòng)要素的集合。以廣西綜合檔案館為視角,按照地理區(qū)域劃分選取具有代表性的綜合檔案館作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)、全面的整理了廣西綜合檔案館特色檔案資源以及其建設(shè)情況,以實(shí)際調(diào)查為依據(jù),以數(shù)據(jù)為支撐,對(duì)綜合檔案館館藏特色檔案資源的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理,分析廣西各綜合檔案館有關(guān)特色檔案資源建設(shè)取得的成就及存在的問題,提出解決特色檔案資源建設(shè)存在問題的策略,以期引起廣西綜合檔案館對(duì)特色檔案資源建設(shè)更多的關(guān)注,給廣西綜合檔案館特色檔案資源建設(shè)的實(shí)際工作一些啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Characteristic archives refer to all kinds of carrier files which are of great value to record and reflect the existence and development of the region, which are directly produced in the practical activities in a specific region and are of the most representative significance to the recording and reflection of the existence and development of the region. The characteristic archives resource refers to the collection of all kinds of activity elements formed with the characteristic archives as the core, which is directly produced in the practical activities in a specific region and has a certain amount of accumulation and objective existence form. From the perspective of Guangxi Comprehensive Archives, according to the division of geographical regions, the representative comprehensive archives are selected as the object of investigation, and the characteristic archives resources and their construction of Guangxi Comprehensive Archives are sorted out systematically and comprehensively, and the contents of the characteristic archives resources of the comprehensive archives are sorted out on the basis of the actual investigation and the data as the support. This paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems in the construction of characteristic archives resources in Guangxi comprehensive archives, and puts forward some strategies for solving the problems existing in the construction of characteristic archives resources, in order to arouse more attention to the construction of characteristic archives resources in Guangxi comprehensive archives, and to enlighten the practical work of the construction of characteristic archives resources in Guangxi comprehensive archives.
