【摘要】：信息系統(tǒng)持續(xù)使用模型于2001年提出,已在信息系統(tǒng)、圖書情報、管理學(xué)等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。首先,介紹ECM-ISC的提出及演化過程。其次,以施引論文為視角,結(jié)合關(guān)鍵詞詞頻統(tǒng)計分析和內(nèi)容分析法,從應(yīng)用目的、應(yīng)用對象、應(yīng)用形式、應(yīng)用方法等方面揭示國外ECM-ISC的應(yīng)用規(guī)律。抽取ECM-ISC應(yīng)用背景下影響信息系統(tǒng)用戶持續(xù)使用的因素,歸結(jié)為用戶因素、系統(tǒng)因素和環(huán)境因素。最后,提出ECM-ISC應(yīng)用的不足之處和未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The continuous use model of information system was put forward in 2001 and has been widely used in information system, library and information, management and other fields. First of all, the introduction and evolution of ECM-ISC are introduced. Secondly, from the perspective of citation paper, combined with keyword frequency statistical analysis and content analysis, this paper reveals the application law of foreign ECM-ISC from the aspects of application purpose, application object, application form, application method and so on. The factors that affect the sustainable use of information system users under the background of ECM-ISC application are summed up as user factors, system factors and environmental factors. Finally, the shortcomings of ECM-ISC application and the future research direction are put forward.
