【摘要】：【目的/意義】移動(dòng)虛擬社區(qū)是一類方便、快捷的信息傳播渠道,社區(qū)用戶的持續(xù)信息搜尋是其發(fā)展繁榮的關(guān)鍵�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】依托期望確認(rèn)模型、信息系統(tǒng)成功模型和沉浸理論,構(gòu)建移動(dòng)虛擬社區(qū)持續(xù)信息搜尋意愿影響因素模型。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查收集數(shù)據(jù),采用PLS結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】感知有用性是用戶持續(xù)信息搜尋意愿的決定性影響因素;滿意度部分中介沉浸體驗(yàn)對(duì)用戶持續(xù)信息搜尋意愿的影響顯著;信息系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量維度中,服務(wù)質(zhì)量和系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量正向顯著影響用戶期望確認(rèn),最終影響用戶持續(xù)信息搜尋意愿,信息質(zhì)量的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] Mobile virtual community is a kind of convenient and fast information dissemination channel, and the continuous information search of community users is the key to its development and prosperity. [methods / process] rely on expectation confirmation model, information system success model and immersion theory, construct the influencing factor model of mobile virtual community sustainable information search intention. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by PLS structural equation model. [results / conclusion] perceived usefulness is the decisive factor of users' willingness to search for continuous information, and the influence of satisfaction part of intermediary immersion experience on users' willingness to search for continuous information is significant. In the quality dimension of information system, the quality of service and system have a positive effect on the confirmation of user expectation, and ultimately affect the willingness of users to search for continuous information, but the effect of information quality is not significant.
