【摘要】：正檔案所具有的文化價值是由檔案的本質(zhì)屬性決定的。檔案是人類社會活動的產(chǎn)物,檔案的產(chǎn)生和形成的領(lǐng)域就是人類社會生活領(lǐng)域。一切文化都是人類認識和改造自然、社會的實踐經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)和物質(zhì)形態(tài)的凝聚,因此檔案也是一種文化,叫做檔案文化。檔案是有價值的,檔案文化有價值也是毋庸置疑的。正如國家檔案局長楊冬權(quán)所說:‘檔案是文化的一部分,而且是重要的一部分,相當于"根"或"核"的那一部分’。那么如何看待并利用檔案文化價值呢。
[Abstract]:The cultural value of positive archives is determined by the essential attribute of archives. Archives are the product of human social activities, and the field of production and formation of archives is the field of human social life. All cultures are the summary of human understanding and transformation of nature, the summary of social practical experience and the cohesion of material form, so archives are also a kind of culture, which is called archival culture. Archives are valuable, and there is no doubt that archival culture is valuable. As Yang Dongquan, director of national archives, said: 'archives are part of culture, and they are an important part, equivalent to the "root" or "nuclear" part. So how to view and make use of the cultural value of archives?
