【摘要】：隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,手機媒體逐漸興起,加快了社會信息化進程,為公民的工作、學習和生活也帶來了巨大的改變,眾多行業(yè)緊跟社會前進步伐,紛紛利用移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和手機媒體創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式、開拓市場。檔案部門作為傳統(tǒng)的信息服務機構(gòu),也在不斷探索新時期的發(fā)展模式,數(shù)字檔案館的建設(shè)初具規(guī)模、檔案信息化程度不斷提高,檔案專業(yè)人士在實踐中摸索前行。在數(shù)字檔案館建設(shè)逐漸成熟以及社會公眾對檔案的信息需求日益增多的情況下下,利用手機媒體拓寬資源建設(shè)渠道、為用戶提供更加個性化的信息服務是必然要求�，F(xiàn)階段,圖書館界在利用手機進行信息服務的理論和實踐層面都取得了較為顯著的成效,深受廣大用戶的歡迎,檔案部門可以在借鑒圖書館利用手機進行信息服務的經(jīng)驗前提下,根據(jù)檔案的特色開發(fā)出更符合用戶個性化需求的檔案利用新模式。文章第一部分明確了選題來源及背景,利用文獻調(diào)研法對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于手機媒體融入數(shù)字檔案館建設(shè)的文獻進行了總結(jié),對研究現(xiàn)狀進行了對比分析。第二部分對文章涉及到的相關(guān)概念進行了介紹,明確了將手機媒體應用于數(shù)字檔案館建設(shè)的條件、意義以及存在的問題。第三部分介紹了利用手機進行數(shù)字檔案館資源建設(shè),將資源建設(shè)與“眾包”等理念相結(jié)合,闡述了在大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下檔案資源建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)的新特點,利用群眾的力量使檔案資源建設(shè)更豐富、更全面、更真實;第四部分介紹了利用手機媒體進行數(shù)字檔案館管理創(chuàng)新,從用戶個人和檔案部門不同角度出發(fā),介紹了不同主體如何利用手機媒體管理檔案,既要有利于提高生活在信息爆炸時代的公民的檔案意識和管理能力,另一方面有助于使檔案館管理更加智慧化,從而滿足群眾日益增長的檔案信息需求;第五部分介紹了利用手機媒體進行數(shù)字檔案館利用創(chuàng)新,從實際應用角度介紹了服務理念的創(chuàng)新、服務隊伍的擴展和利用形式的多樣化,具有較強的實踐意義�；谑謾C媒體的數(shù)字檔案館在服務理念上不同于傳統(tǒng)檔案信息服務工作,要融合當今時代發(fā)展特點和用戶需求創(chuàng)新理念,同時對服務人員的素質(zhì)和能力也提出了更高的要求。在形式上,手機報、手機雜志、微信、微博、手機客戶端、教育直播平臺等都成為檔案利用的新形式,從不同側(cè)重點使檔案利用方式更全面。資源建設(shè)、管理、利用三個部分相輔相成,對文章主題進行了全面的剖析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile media gradually rise, speeding up the process of social information, for the work, study and life of citizens has also brought great changes, many industries to keep up with the pace of social progress. One after another, using the mobile Internet and mobile media innovation development model, open up the market. As a traditional information service organization, the archives department is also constantly exploring the development mode of the new period. The construction of the digital archives is beginning to take shape, the degree of archives informatization is constantly improving, and the archives professionals are groping forward in practice. Under the condition of the gradual maturity of the construction of digital archives and the increasing demand of the public for the information of archives, it is inevitable to use mobile media to broaden the channels of resource construction and provide more personalized information services for users. At present, the library field has made remarkable achievements in the theory and practice of using mobile phone for information service, which is welcomed by the majority of users. On the premise of drawing lessons from the experience of library using mobile phone for information service, the archives department can develop a new mode of file utilization which is more in line with the personalized needs of users according to the characteristics of archives. In the first part of the article, the source and background of the topic are clarified, the literature on the integration of mobile phone media into the construction of digital archives at home and abroad is summarized by using the literature research method, and the research status is compared and analyzed. The second part introduces the related concepts involved in the article, and clarifies the conditions, significance and existing problems of applying mobile phone media to the construction of digital archives. The third part introduces the use of mobile phone for the construction of digital archives resources, combines the construction of resources with the concept of "crowdsourcing", and expounds the new characteristics of the construction of archives resources under the environment of big data. Make use of the strength of the masses to make the construction of archival resources richer, more comprehensive and more real; The fourth part introduces the innovation of digital archives management by using mobile media, and introduces how different subjects use mobile media to manage archives from different angles of individual users and archival departments. It should not only help to improve the archival consciousness and management ability of citizens living in the era of information explosion, but also help to make the management of archives more intelligent, so as to meet the growing needs of the masses for archival information. The fifth part introduces the innovation of digital archives by using mobile phone media, and introduces the innovation of service concept, the expansion of service team and the diversification of utilization form from the point of view of practical application, which has strong practical significance. The service concept of digital archives based on mobile media is different from that of traditional archival information service. It is necessary to integrate the development characteristics of the times and the innovative concept of user needs, and at the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of service personnel. In form, mobile newspaper, mobile magazine, WeChat, Weibo, mobile phone client, educational live broadcast platform and so on have become new forms of file utilization, which makes the file utilization more comprehensive from different aspects. Resource construction, management and the use of three parts complement each other, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the theme of the article.
