【摘要】：檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)是人類文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,隨著“世界記憶工程”和“中國檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)工程”的開展,人們越來越清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)到檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的重要性。然而,檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的物質(zhì)屬性決定了其壽命的有限性,任何奢望檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)“永生”的想法都是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的,這要求我們要不遺余力的去保護(hù)檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn),最大限度的延長檔案壽命。國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)作為我國最重要的文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn),理應(yīng)擺在保護(hù)的首要位置。全文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分主要介紹了國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的相關(guān)概念、范疇和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,論文的研究意義、創(chuàng)新與不足之處;第二部分統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的基本情況,包括地域分布情況、保藏單位類型、文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)載體等;第三部分從延緩性保護(hù)和再生性保護(hù)兩方面研究國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)取得的成就;第四部分對國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)目前存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,目前我國國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)還存在管理體制不盡合理、現(xiàn)有政策法規(guī)不夠健全、保護(hù)條件參差不齊、良好的社會(huì)保護(hù)氛圍尚未形成等諸多問題;第五部分針對國家級檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀和問題提出保護(hù)對策,包括國家層面的保護(hù)對策、地方層面的保護(hù)對策和社會(huì)層面的保護(hù)對策。其中第三、四、五部分是文章的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Archival document heritage is an important part of human cultural heritage. With the development of "World memory Project" and "Chinese archival document Heritage Project", people more and more clearly realize the importance of archival document heritage. However, the material attribute of archival literature heritage determines the limitation of its life span, and any idea of "eternal life" of archival literature heritage is unrealistic, which requires us to spare no effort to protect the archival literature heritage. Extend the life of archives to the maximum extent. As the most important document heritage in our country, the national archival literature heritage should be in the primary position of protection. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the related concepts, categories and research status at home and abroad, the research significance, innovation and shortcomings of the national archival heritage. The second part statistically analyzes the basic situation of the national archival literature heritage, including the regional distribution, the type of preservation unit, the carrier of the document heritage and so on. The third part studies the achievements of national archival literature heritage from two aspects: deferred protection and renewable protection. The fourth part studies the existing problems of the protection of the national archival document heritage. At present, the management system of the national archival document heritage protection in our country is unreasonable, the existing policies and regulations are not perfect, and the protection conditions are uneven. A good social protection atmosphere has not yet formed and many other problems; The fifth part puts forward the protection countermeasures according to the present situation and problems of the national archival heritage protection, including the national level protection countermeasures, the local level protection countermeasures and the social level protection countermeasures. The third, fourth and fifth parts are the key contents of the article.
