【摘要】：[目的/意義]探討虛擬社區(qū)環(huán)境因素如何影響用戶知識共享行為,為虛擬社區(qū)的良性發(fā)展提供借鑒。[方法/過程]首先對虛擬社區(qū)環(huán)境及用戶知識共享行為的概念和特性作出了界定,然后分別從微觀層面、中觀層面、宏觀層面對虛擬社區(qū)環(huán)境因素的構(gòu)成進行了解析,進而探討了各環(huán)境因素對社區(qū)用戶知識共享行為的作用機制,在此基礎上提出了各環(huán)境因素對虛擬社區(qū)用戶知識共享行為的協(xié)同作用機制。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]構(gòu)建虛擬社區(qū)環(huán)境因素作用機制模型具有較高的價值意義和可行性。[局限]作用機制模型的實際作用需要更多的實證研究和數(shù)據(jù)支撐來檢驗。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to explore how the environmental factors of virtual community affect users' knowledge sharing behavior, and to provide reference for the healthy development of virtual community. [methods / process] firstly, the concept and characteristics of virtual community environment and user knowledge sharing behavior are defined, and then the composition of virtual community environment factors is analyzed from the micro level, the meso level and the macro level. Furthermore, the mechanism of each environmental factor on the knowledge sharing behavior of community users is discussed, and the synergistic mechanism of each environmental factor on the knowledge sharing behavior of users in virtual community is put forward. [results / conclusion] it is of great value and feasibility to construct the mechanism model of environmental factors in virtual community. The actual function of the action mechanism model needs more empirical research and data support to test.
