【摘要】：科技智庫(kù)作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立而穩(wěn)定的政策研究機(jī)構(gòu),是一個(gè)國(guó)家"軟實(shí)力"的重要組成部分,也是建設(shè)我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的必然要求。文章從科技智庫(kù)的理念出發(fā)對(duì)科技情報(bào)咨詢的機(jī)理與功能進(jìn)行探討,首先對(duì)科技智庫(kù)服務(wù)要素實(shí)施分析,以此為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)論述兩種不同類型的科技智庫(kù)情報(bào)咨詢服務(wù)機(jī)能結(jié)構(gòu),分析了不同機(jī)能結(jié)構(gòu)的科技智庫(kù)情報(bào)咨詢能力差異,并總結(jié)智庫(kù)理念下的科技情報(bào)咨詢建設(shè)的方法和途徑,旨在更好地了解科技智庫(kù)的情報(bào)咨詢服務(wù)運(yùn)作模式,促進(jìn)科技智庫(kù)情報(bào)咨詢的服務(wù)能力,為各項(xiàng)決策和政策制定提供可靠的建議方案,提高其影響力。
[Abstract]:As an independent and stable policy research institution, science and technology think tank is an important part of a country's "soft power" and an inevitable requirement for building an innovative country in China. Based on the concept of scientific and technological think tank, this paper probes into the mechanism and function of scientific and technological information consultation. First, it analyzes the service elements of scientific and technological think tank, on the basis of which, This paper focuses on the functional structure of information consulting service of two different types of scientific and technological think tanks, analyzes on the differences of information consulting ability of scientific and technological think tanks with different functional structures, and sums up the methods and ways of the construction of scientific and technological information consulting under the concept of think tanks. The purpose of this paper is to better understand the operation mode of information consulting service of science and technology think tank, to promote the service ability of information consultation of science and technology think tank, and to provide reliable suggestions for decision-making and policy making, and to improve its influence.
