【摘要】：為滿足保護(hù)作者首發(fā)權(quán),促進(jìn)中國(guó)優(yōu)秀科研成果率先保存并服務(wù)于中國(guó)科技界的需要,中國(guó)科學(xué)院科技論文預(yù)發(fā)布平臺(tái)(ChinaXiv)開(kāi)展項(xiàng)目建設(shè),旨在鼓勵(lì)科研人員第一時(shí)間在公共預(yù)印本平臺(tái)上公布科研成果,通過(guò)該平臺(tái)聽(tīng)取同行的評(píng)議和建議,促進(jìn)更大范圍的學(xué)術(shù)交流,并推動(dòng)科研成果的開(kāi)放獲取。本文以工作實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),從建設(shè)背景、系統(tǒng)建設(shè)及服務(wù)、領(lǐng)域拓展與培育、組織管理機(jī)制、宣傳推廣模式、建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀以及未來(lái)發(fā)展等多個(gè)方面介紹ChinaXiv如何構(gòu)建國(guó)際通行模式規(guī)范運(yùn)營(yíng)的預(yù)印本服務(wù)平臺(tái),為其他預(yù)印本平臺(tái)建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of protecting authors' initial rights and promoting excellent scientific research achievements in China to take the lead in preserving and serving the Chinese scientific and technological community, (ChinaXiv), a platform for pre-publishing scientific and technological papers of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, carried out project construction. The purpose of this paper is to encourage researchers to publish scientific research results on the public preprint platform, to listen to peer comments and suggestions, to promote a wider range of academic exchanges, and to promote open access to scientific research results. Based on the practice of work, this paper is based on the background of construction, system construction and service, field expansion and cultivation, organization and management mechanism, propaganda and promotion mode. The present situation and future development of ChinaXiv are introduced in this paper in order to provide references for the construction of other pre-printed platforms, such as how to construct the pre-print service platform of international prevailing mode and standard operation.
