【摘要】：[目的/意義]情報(bào)分析具有決策支持的功能,為決策服務(wù),扮演著一種參謀者、"建議"者的角色。從建議采納的視角對(duì)此展開研究有利于拓展情報(bào)分析研究視野,充分挖掘影響情報(bào)分析結(jié)論采納的因素,提出針對(duì)性的提升措施。[方法/過程]在闡明情報(bào)分析建議屬性以及在偵查情報(bào)分析中特殊表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出分析人員的專業(yè)水平和業(yè)務(wù)能力、分析對(duì)象的難易程度、用戶的自身因素等會(huì)影響情報(bào)分析結(jié)論采納。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]情報(bào)分析具有情報(bào)發(fā)現(xiàn)、展示、表達(dá)和決策支持等多種作用,作為決策支持的情報(bào)分析實(shí)質(zhì)上發(fā)揮著"建議"的功能,從建議采納的視角而言,情報(bào)分析人員應(yīng)強(qiáng)化專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)、提升業(yè)務(wù)技能、注重維護(hù)與用戶之間社會(huì)公共關(guān)系,樹立良好組織形象等,以此提升分析結(jié)論(建議)的采信率。
[Abstract]:Objective: intelligence analysis has the function of decision support and serves as a staff member and a "suggestion". It is beneficial to expand the field of vision of information analysis, fully explore the factors that influence the adoption of the conclusion of information analysis, and put forward some measures to improve it from the point of view of suggestion adoption. [methods / process] on the basis of elucidating the attribute of information analysis suggestion and the special performance in the investigation information analysis, the author points out the professional level and professional ability of the analyst, and the difficulty degree of the object of analysis. The user's own factors will affect the adoption of information analysis conclusions. [results / conclusion] Information analysis has many functions such as information discovery, presentation, expression and decision support. As a decision support, intelligence analysis essentially plays the role of "recommendation", from the perspective of the adoption of recommendations, Intelligence analysts should strengthen professional skills training, improve business skills, pay attention to maintain social and public relations with users, set up a good organizational image, so as to improve the acceptance rate of analysis conclusions (recommendations).
